I had very limited time to be pre-approved for a loan and later came back to get said loan. This location was very busy on that particular day and you wouldn't have known it by how well I was helped. The manager, Kim, and lender, Mary, were extremely accommodating and so helpful! I was very nervous about the process and they were both so kind and understanding.
