Customer service is out of this world
I opened a new checking account at the Tell City branch. I had a lovely experience. I opened the account with a check, I put part of it in the bank and kept a large sum out in cash. Trina seemed very knowledgable about what she was doing and everything went quickly and smoothly. My only problem is that I don't have the ID number and code they ask for to enroll in online banking. It should be a simpler process. Thank you Hoosier Hills.
Hello, I’m going to make this as short as possible. Highly disappointed is this branch (923 Payne St Tell City, IN 47586 United States) and bank in general. I am a resident of Kentucky and sold my vehicle to a member of this bank. Due to the large amount I didn’t want to take the check without verification of the bank. Hoosier Hills is AWESOME!!!!
This place is a joke ! I opened an account so that i could start investing and my fiance of 5 years tried to deposit money into my account and they blocked the deposit and punished me for it ! They didn't even give me a chance to explain to them what was going on. Now I can barely use the account. This was a waste of time and I've secured my funding elsewhere. Never again !!!
