Mary at this bank location deserves a huge shout-out! She was absolutely fantastic in helping me consolidate my car loan and a small personal loan. Her efforts are going to save me a significant amount of money every month. On top of that, she helped me get a new credit card with an interest rate that's less than half of what I was paying with Citi Bank. Mary's excitement for my financial savings was truly heartwarming and showed how much she cared about people.
Super cordial team, explained all I needed to know and left me feeling confident of my loan. Would highly suggest hoosier hills for anyone looking for a loan.
Customer service is out of this world
I opened a new checking account at the Tell City branch. I had a lovely experience. I opened the account with a check, I put part of it in the bank and kept a large sum out in cash. Trina seemed very knowledgable about what she was doing and everything went quickly and smoothly. My only problem is that I don't have the ID number and code they ask for to enroll in online banking. It should be a simpler process. Thank you Hoosier Hills.
