The staff went out of their way to make sure my mom was admitted and taken care of. They personally communicated outside of working hours to help get her admission completed after a mix up at the hospital. She had a six week rehabilitative stay, and the staff was incredible. The care they gave to her on an individual level was phenomenal. And months after her discharge they still remember her and are genuinely concerned with her well being. I visited Hoosier Christian Village with my church for Christmas caroling and was impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Very friendly staff, who sincerely cares for the residents. And very clean facility.
Such an amazing and caring staff. The way they interact and accommodate their patients is so inspiring. I've been to HCV many many times and have always been impressed with the love they show to the residents and to each other.
