I have bought a few items from Hooper’s and find the service to be excellent from both the owner and Brian. It is not a pushy company and they are fully adaptable to a nice friendly conversation while still promoting their product.. my kind of store!!
I purchased 2 Rome recliners and a Nordic sofa. I found the customer service to be cordial and attentive. I’m satisfied with my purchases and especially satisfied with my sofa which was recently delivered. I did have to wait a bit in order to take advantage of sale pricing.
