Beyond the best! The ONLY smoked salmon I ever buy for my clients and for our home...impeccably clean facilities...super darling Owner, Skip, and MUST try all varieties! Incredible selection...and then there’s the chowder...Bravissimo!

This is not lox!--although it would shine in any lox situation. But hot-smoked is so different from cold-smoked or brined, and Skip's arts with wood smoke are just mind-blowingly heavenly. The extraordinary results are wonderful texture and delicate but deep flavor. Every part of each impeccable fish gets a different tweak in the process, so there's a range of treats. Obviously, I am infatuated with this fish! We are so lucky to have Hookline nearby. Don't skip the dill sauce!
It tastes so incredibly fresh! This smoked salmon is truly as delicious as I have ever had. We were given tastes of the many different cuts. I am delighted to find someone who cares so much about the source of the salmon and provides outstanding products. We will be back...often!
