Patsy Norton at Hooker Furniture in Hickory is our go to for superior consultation and service. We love our furniture and furnishings that we have purchased from Patsy over the years and have definitely enjoyed great savings on high quality products.
Received 2 cabinets and 2 of the lights were not working. The delivery person added it to the delivery receipt, noting that two needed to be sent to us. After not hearing back for a few weeks, I called And received an email that basically this was my responsibility to replace. Pretty poor customer service cannot say I will shop there again..

Not sure how to explain my problem with my hooker double recliner couch. When sitting on either recliner seats it is uneven. Goes down on either of them towards armrest. Very uncomfortable. 3500.00 for couch and just not right. Been year and a half. Salesman had quit the furniture store and no more help. Wont go back to that store. Thanks for no help.
Quality furniture at a great price!! Cindy was fantastic!! Helped us find everything we were looking for!!
