Over several years (2014-2019) I employed this firm on several matters. I would have fired them but I was in “too deep” and couldn’t afford to start up w a new firm. Sellers himself is terribly unprofessional. In one example after I had waited for a title transfer to be completed, I told him that it was imperative to have property transferred to my name (in the event of my death) he said “then don’t die”.
