During the engagement, no engagement agreement was signed and no hourly rate was disclosed to me in advance, a fact the firm acknowledged in writing. Too expensive and I don't feel like my father was protected by Rachel when I had to pay to get poa of my dad back that a neighbor stole. He was taken advantage of and charged a 2nd time to make me, his daughter poa. He is 89 and has Dementia. Rachel told me she suspected he had Dementia but could not stop the transaction. Not sure why.
