Phil contacted me in Holiday for follow up and even over few days spent a lot of time after hours explaining offers to me. He went way above and beyond and not once gave me the impression he was out to charge me for this time . He have great advice on all aspects of deed and oil and gas title etc and gave me honest advice and even stated he had no intentions of charging me to just look into other offers . Seemed more interested in procuring negotiations with oil and gas royalties for their own benefit, not that of the client. I was outright misled as to what was going to be accomplished in my behalf. I was made to think I had no option but to have them negotiate for me and my siblings. Transparency lacking. Professionalism questionable.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this firm. They rarely answer their phones, and it’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. It often feels like no one is actually managing the office. Disappointing lack of communication and follow-through.
