Seemed more interested in procuring negotiations with oil and gas royalties for their own benefit, not that of the client. I was outright misled as to what was going to be accomplished in my behalf. I was made to think I had no option but to have them negotiate for me and my siblings. Transparency lacking. Professionalism questionable.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this firm. They rarely answer their phones, and it’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. It often feels like no one is actually managing the office. Disappointing lack of communication and follow-through.
