We had a dispute with our strata a few months ago, and found this law firm online. Arsen Krekovic was great! He contacted us on the next day to understand the basic situation, give us advice, and inform us what we need to do and what we can expect if we need further service from him and his team. I had a matter that needed quick attention, and Hoogbruin & Company really delivered. Their team was impressively responsive, professional, and clearly focused on client satisfaction. While I can’t share details, I can confidently say I’d use their services again and would absolutely recommend them to others.
I wouldn’t expect a lawyer to be able to help me but at the very least I would expect a reply to my inquiry to advise me they can’t help. Completely ignored.
