So I took my taxes here in the past and thought that this was a straight forward business to do my taxes and I was wrong in the past I dealt with Nanette which I assumed was okay until I told her I wasn't paying her 3 timesto do my taxes that I assumed they did upon me closing on my home because i paid them. Do not use them. Their customer service has gone out the window. Once they collect your money don't expect to ask any questions or get any guidance . The daughter that took over is rude and uninformative. What happen to community businesses that cared. Hope the IRS does an investigation on Hood's Tax Service and shuts it down.
