Paul has done our taxes for at least 10years always helps us get the best tax return possible.
Paul Hood has prepared our personal and business tax returns for 25+ years now. They are the best at looking out for us and give us such peace of mind. This year we had filed an extension but were one day late getting our taxes into the IRS by the due date and had a substantial late penalty! Miscalculated my taxes by approx $6,000 which cost me a $1500 penalty, now I owe over $7k What makes it worse is during the 2022 I tried to setup meetings to explain my career change and no one was ever available when I was. Once I received my IRS letter of Hoods mistake, I called, emailed and opened a ticket. Finally I drove up there to speak to a human and she scanned my document in and said someone will Reach out.
