Called weeks ago to confirm if I owed on a parking ticket, the woman who answered was rude and short immediately, but told me I didn't owe anything. Weeks later, I get a letter stating that a bench warrant is impending because I didn't pay. This level of services is unfortunately to be expected with this day and age, but it's still disheartening when you're trying to do the right thing.

The woman who work here are there worst. I've been having a pfa case with my husband he keeps violating it and the police would send me down here to get the judge to sign off on a warrent they felt the police should do the warrent it was a constant back and forth. Each time I went the woman would act like It was pulling teeth to help me.
