Called weeks ago to confirm if I owed on a parking ticket, the woman who answered was rude and short immediately, but told me I didn't owe anything. Weeks later, I get a letter stating that a bench warrant is impending because I didn't pay. This level of services is unfortunately to be expected with this day and age, but it's still disheartening when you're trying to do the right thing.
