She is a hard judge but I think a fair judge i won't go in detail of my case what could of been a $300 fine turn to a $125 fine plus court cost so I've learned from my mistake and 90% happy with the way my hearing went but it a sin I have to pay for and both law and god is good blessed with a fair judgement

Miss Bengel is fair until one of the officers have a vendetta against you. Some of her officers let their feelings get in the way of their conduct. If Bengel gives you time…appeal. She fined me for asking someone why they defamed my character on social media on my own private property. She said I was disorderly but not one time did I even swear.
