Terrible. Unprofessional. Unprecedented horrible client onboarding processes! Heather is the only one that I ever had good professional dealings with but the therapist my daughter was matched with was lackluster to say the least. Onboarding: first session is used to verbally go over the 15+ pages of client onboarding, consent, agreement forms. Every other doctor/treating professional sends these forms beforehand vs wasting therapy time. After this, then you’re still required to sign via DocuSign - and not just me (as the par... read more
