I had a confusing and, quite frankly, very poorly managed visit to the Sonora Crossing medical center and hospital. I went to the ER with a hip and leg injury, and was experiencing pain on an 8 or 9 out of 10. It was nice to see that it wasn't an overbooked ER, and the first person who took my information down was a nurse named Jack and he was great. Dr. Rizik saved my life. When I showed up at his ER in 2014 with every classic symptom of a heart attack, I wasn’t taken seriously by the nurse who initially talked to me (likely since I was only 30 years old and otherwise healthy). Thankfully, another nurse who was in the room sensed that it was a cardiac issue I was suffering from and not anxiety, and ran out to get Dr. Rizik. Well two points to mention. I was with this office years ago with Dr Travis and I love Dr Travis. The office is so incredibly incompetent with messages and everything else that a good doctor's office you would typically expect. I'm writing this now because my wife was referred to dr. Levine in this office. Dr. Levine was so arrogant and was arguing that my wife not being able to walk was in her head when she had a medication that only treats MG that WORKED!!
