All car insurance is a rip off, but for the low budget company it's pretty typical, their website is totally outdated and just trying to pay a bill with them is a whole production, way harder and more time consuming than it should be.
the absolute WORST. they will rob you dry and have terrible customer service so you are stuck paying random charges with NOBODY who responds. how this place is legal is beyond me.
Their customer service is very bad. I have been hung up on twice and their employees are very rude.
