Management sure seems very unprofessional. I had to pick up a check because a customer that lives out-of-state. I had no other way to pay me. And they act like it was the biggest deal in the world.And that it was "highly irregular" With the diversity and options out there for taking and accepting payment, it seems like this kind of customer service would be the one thing that keeps banks competitive. I'm not allowed to open a savings account because I've used Fanatics. I was told that since I gamble I'll steal from them. I was asked twice if I wanted an ATM card and I said no and when I wanted to cash my check from Fanatics to put money in my new account she said since I was a gambler I couldn't open an account because I would steal money by overdrawing my account and never pay it back. I said how can I do that, with no ATM card I'd have to come inside to get money out and if I only have $20 in my account are your teller... read more
