Most of the staff is friendly.The bank is just never open when I go there. Closed on Wednesday? Temporarily closed? Closed an hour every day for lunch? Come on… Waiting outside for them to finish lunch so I can close my account and go to work 30 minutes late because they cant take turns going on break.
They limited withdraws to 5,000 in one day out of checking or savings. Any time I wanted to withdraw money, I was forced to wait over a half hour in the drive thru while they wait for approval, because they cannot staff a manager in some locations. They will not open their lobby to customers without an appointment. If you want access to your money, I would recommend keeping it somewhere safer. The mobile app did not work after the first week and locked me out permanently.

Hours at most loctaions arent very good, main ones are buckley, copemish and bear lake they are awful with the hours of operation.
