This branch has lost my trust. I've held an account with HOCU for over 20 years, my parents even longer. A teller from this branch contacted me through social media. This contact was not only inappropriate, but unwanted. I didn't ask this teller to contact me, nor did I make any hints that I wanted to interact with them outside of our banking interactions.
