Outstanding customer service. I changed my reservations several times, and the staff was patient and accommodated me each time.
Our family has been using Honolulu Airport Express for years and Johnny has never let us down. We travel to and from California every other month and Johnny has never been late and is completely dependable - even for those early 7:30am departures!
SO RUDE. DO not use this company! I texted to confirm my reservation and they were so rude about finding my reservation that I would NEVER book with this company. There are plenty of other options.
