sweet tooth Recently I was working in Trenton and passed by the "Honey of a Nut Shop" and was able to a nice trail mix that was very fresh. Prices were okay but worth the little extra cost.
Ignorant about honey I stopped by this store in the Trenton Farmer's Market looking for raw honey. The woman who worked there (the owner?) kept trying to sell me pure honey. I explained to her that raw honey is honey that has not heated above 70 degrees Celsius, but she kept insisting that "pure" on the label meant that it was raw. You would think that someone who sold honey for a living would know the difference. I will never go back there.
