Honey is a lovely, calming person, who is very experienced and knowledgable. She helped me understand how i can feel calm in moments of unease and gave me some tools to help me stay tuned with the hypnosis session moving forwards.
I booked Honey to try to help me with issues around food control and body image. My two sessions with her were transformative and I can not recommend her highly enough. She explained the whole process clearly and was professional and supportive throughout. The work we did together has given me the freedom to enjoy life I have desperately wanted for years.
