Was new to the area and was looking for a new massage therapist (sadly the person I was going to was just too far away). Kit is amazing and left not feeling the shoulder tenseness I was feeling.
Kit is the best. The space is so relaxing and Kit is so good at what she does. I've seen her frequently over the past year while training for various trail races and just general body maintenance. I always leave feeling so rejuvenated and recovered.

Kit is truly wonderful. I love massages, and I've had a lot of them, and I can tell when a therapist is really paying attention to my body... and that's Kit. She works with thought, care, and detail, and isn't afraid to work the spots that need extra love. Her space is calm and lovely, and I feel instantly at ease there. I couldn't recommend her more.
Kitt is excellent! She asks good questions before starting to understand your circumstance and what you need, really listens, and adapts the session accordingly.
