Karen is such an excellent Acupuncturist! I've done 4 sessions with her so far, and began feeling the difference after the first session. I'm doing an overall wellness package, and after the first session I began sleeping through the night and feeling calmer. My desire for alcohol has also significantly decreased, and I find myself desiring more water (which is great bc I was dehydrated). I highly, highly recommend her!
I starting going to Ms. Karen for my first experience ever with acupuncture and it was amazing. I had to stop because I worked at the hospital and it was difficult to get to Upper Marlboro from DC. I felt I was really disappointing her when I was late. So I just stopped calling to get on her books. Now, that I have the time and days I will be calling her to hopefully get back on track.
