No response from location. Their canned response is BS and so is their customer service. Spent $100 on a honey baked ham for Christmas dinner and it had almost zero crust on it and the outside of the ham was a little blackened... Second year in a row of getting hams with zero to no crust on them. Should just save my money and buy a Cure 81 from the deli.
They ran out of pre-ordered food before Thanksgiving. I had ordered my food over a month in advance and they couldn't complete the order I made, without substitute. People in line were upset not knowing if they'd even get their hams, turkeys, or sides. I was unfortunately part of the Thanksgiving BS. I ordered ahead and pre paid and did not receive my order. I arrived the day before Thanksgiving at time noted on my pick up ticket. There was a line out the door and zero product! I asked about management, no one was available. And no resolution was offered. The cashier allegedly processed a refund. Picked up ham today. Ordered a 5 lb. But was abruptly told I have a 3 lb. Take it or leave it. Getting home it is the butt and mostly fat. Rudeness can be overlooked when quality is good, but not the case. And don't dare make her mad by wanting to pay cash. I can't even give a single star for service or atmosphere.
The Gallatin, TN location is ridiculous! Placed an online order 2 weeks in advance, got to the store to be told they have nothing. This is the day before Thanksgiving. Never again will I place an order through this place.
