I hope you enjoy waiting in line for hours while you wait for them call your name that is on the sign in roster. Yesterday I was in the 150’s or so and after a half an hour or so they called only 40 people, you do the math! I walked! Today I went back and really didn’t appreciate the head guys snarky comments to me when I tried to negotiate in good faith a price below the retail prices they were charging for stuff that had been laying around in a nasty garage for who knows how long. Customer service is not a concern for this company.

This company caters to their resellers only. They give out the address to their “loyal” resellers before anyone. So by the time you get there when the address is public, all the good stuff is gone. Also, terrible customer service. I believe the owner is getting paid by the resellers but have no proof on that.
The good: occasionally have some neat finds. The bad: Customer Service & pricing. As several others have mentioned, the pricing is nearly at retail for smaller items. Larger items like cabinets & desks seem to be 20-40% off retail (which honestly isn't great for an estate sale). I witnessed one particularly ridiculous situation unfold this morning at an estate sale hosted by this company. An older woman inquired about the price of 10-15 FolkArt acrylic paints to which the vendor noted it would be $20 for the entire box. The ... read more
