Surdell and Henry were awesome! They moved us from a 2nd floor condo in Delaware to PA. Because we were not allowed to move in until the 2nd I asked Surdell if he would mind holding our things in the truck for a few days,without hesitation he agreed. He was very accommodating. Surdell went above and beyond! They moved us from Delaware to PA and held our items for us for days. A lot of stuff-a 16 foot truck. Everything was carefully wrapped and they were so nice and helpful. They even made an unexpected stop at our daughters to grab a few more things for us! I couldn't say enough great things about this company or the movers. I'd give them 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much!
Surdell was good to us. Moved 2 refrigerators. Wrapped the new one so there was no damage. He was quick to text and call back so good communication there. I felt he was honest with us and charged us a fair rate.
I contacted Mr. Surdell after several other companies were unavailable to help move my parents from DE to MD. He responded almost immediately to my inquiries, and he was flexible on his availability. He answered all my questions and concerns and reassured us we were in good hands. I could not be in DE on moving day and had to rely on other family members to help with the process, but Mr. Surdell stayed in contact with me the entire day.
