We used Honeck O'Toole for over two years. The first year we had no issues, we paid $400 for our return and had a good relationship with Sue and Joyce. The second year everything was going well, until we received an invoice for 6x (2400+) the previous year's return. We had spoken to them on several occasions and were expecting a higher bill, however we were expecting maybe 500-600 more, not 2000 more! Don't go to Honeck O'Toole. They overcharged us, would not tell us why when we asked. We were clients for 2 years and they dropped us without warning during tax season. It is extremely unprofessional for them to dropped us at time where it makes it impossible for us to find another accountant in time to be able to file our taxes on time. Don't use them.
