Honda Finance is a total joke. If you try to speak with someone, the wait time is almost an hour. IF you actually speak with someone, they usually aren't from America or if they are English, wasn't their first language and can't understand what they are saying. I'm glad I traded in my suv and went to a real company.
Terrible ive been waiting months for a refund check , takes an hour to get someone on the phone. I’m a honda fan but not a fan of their service at all.
Worst service I have ever seen, the phone representative was very rude and disconnected the phone in my face while asking for her supervisor. I have never seen a financial institution with such low costumer service. I will never deal with them. As a tip go to a credit union and you will get far more better service with lower interest.
Love Honda financial services customer care is very helpful. I never had an issue with Honda. Also love my ridgeline truck best purchase ever!
