Update: I have my name down for a new Toyota Rav4... Basically, they lost a client for less than 200$. If it had been my business, I would have talked to all the employees involved... unless this is honda's policy, in which case it's good I switched ---- Most terrible customer service you can think of. Most terrible customer service you can think. They made errors TWICE, and they admit it, but they won't pay anything, not even the mechanic time, even though all was done at the dealership. Now, they don't even answer my emails. They only spoke to me to the point where they saw they made the same mistake twice and then stopped talking to me... terrible, terrible customer service.
