I am very disappointed with my experience regarding my 2025 Honda Prologue and the overall support from HONDA CANADA. I handed over my vehicle to the HONDA GABRIEL on January 26, 2026 due to a major defect (main floor harness), and since then the vehicle has remained at the dealership with no confirmed repair timeline. brand new Honda pilot 2025. Already replaced wipers with better Bosch wiper blades ! no difference !! 75 000$ vehicle that can't clean its own windshield , Honda ?? What is up ? I expected amazing quality .......... As far as I can tell There are 3 issues at play . Firstly the design of the arms such that not enough downward pressure distributed evenly enough.
