I’ve done hypnotherapy and yoga with Taylor in various settings; her offerings are so calming, welcoming, empowering and refined— like a warm hug. If you’re looking for space to truly slow down and connect with yourself, I cannot recommend Taylor more!

Taylor is so wonderful! I’ve done both her yoga sessions along with her therapy and I’m very please to say this person has done wonders for my mental and physical health. If you want a different take on therapy, would highly recommend giving hypnotherapy a try. Waking up afterwards always feels like weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She always conforms to what your body is capable of when she teaches yoga so she will never push you past what your body is capable of handling. Highly suggested, thank you Taylor !!!! :)

Taylor does an incredible job! My partner and I have different skill levels when it come to yoga, but she designed the perfect yoga flow to suit us both. She is so kind and professional, and we left the session feeling relaxed and refreshed.
