I thoroughly enjoyed my experience through Taylor's guided hypnotherapy session focusing on building self confidence. I left feeling relaxed and was able to reframe some insecurities I have by learning to drop those feelings and let go.
I just went to one of Taylor's Hypnotherapy classes at Shantiful and it was the most peaceful experience! Her voice is so soft and calming...I didn't want it to end! Thank you for sharing your gift with us!
Taylor is amazingly intuitive. Her classes flow, restore, and hypno are incredibly healing. She knows how to tap into the senses and create a personalized experience even in a group setting. Her personal hypnosis is also extremely effective. She takes the time in a full evaluation for a one on one experience that doesn’t disappoint. She is a super empathetic human and this shines through!
Taylor is an amazing space holder and I absolutely loved her hypno yoga class I took at a festival this summer!🙏🫶🙌 if you have the opportunity to attend any of her offerings I highly recommend her!!!
