Update - Aug 24, 2025 Got an update and they’ll be changing the cushion foam and webbing, will update the review once the process has been completed. Update - Aug 18, 2025 The store contacted me and had a technician to check on the couch conditions but never got back to me after 2 weeks even with my email follow up. Service is great buy furniture not so great, I order an Italian couch that cost me $8k and I’ve been using for about half a year and the couch is already softening and no longer firm.
