Update - Aug 24, 2025 Got an update and they’ll be changing the cushion foam and webbing, will update the review once the process has been completed. Service is great buy furniture not so great, I order an Italian couch that cost me $8k and I’ve been using for about half a year and the couch is already softening and no longer firm. Reason why I wanted an Italian couch was for the long term firmness. I weigh less than 60kg and only on it a few hours a day, quality has gone down a lot when I bought an Italian couch from Sears and lasted me 20 years but cause I moved I wanted a new couch
