They pay a "work week" from Friday - Thursday. Instead of a M-F work week, which I'm pretty sure is the most common work week for most employees being paid 40 hours plus overtime. Hours are due by noon on Friday so you can't adjust it to fit your schedule. This is the main reason we stopped using them. Communication with the company is confusing.
