As a new member by a merger I decided to visit my nearest branch to speak to someone who could answer questions I had regarding several of their services. I was pleased with the service I received from Ms Shewoun Rattle at the Homewood branch. She was attentive in answering my questions and courteous with a friendly attitude while assisting me in setting up a new account. In today's world that visit was a breath of fresh air.
