I was introduced to this broker through my company. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I didn’t feel welcomed when dealing with them. I was asked to submit a large number of personal documents before my scheduled call with Darcel William. However, she did not take the time to review them in advance, I was informed too late that their mortgage rates do not apply to Quebec residents.
