Mary, Caroline, and their team were phenomenal to work with. I spoke mostly with Caroline but her customer service skills were amazing and she was very efficient and understanding of the needs of my busy work schedule. Ms. Mary was also very kind during out brief conversations and she steered me in the correct direction. The entire process from pre-approval to completion was great! We are happy and so thankful to have our relator recommend this team to us as first time homeowners. I would highly recommend them

I first met Dawn closing my first house years ago. So when I was up for a refinance I reached out for some help. Dawn's energetic and can do attitude made the process a breeze. She was in constant communication letting me know next steps, and scheduling all the other parties involved. I truly just sat back and waited to sign, my no stress refi! Dawn is the only choice for me and will be my Loan Officer for Life!

From the start of the discussion everything was done fast, friendly and with no surprises. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The entire process was very fast. Last, but not least, the fees for the services were very reasonable. I will not hesitate engaging Hometrust Mortgage Company in the future or recommending to my family and friends.

Dawn was wonderful to work with from the day we contacted her. She shared a lot of valuable information with us, and we definitely felt like our best interest was at heart. My husband I appreciated that she was always available and quick to answer our questions and concerns. We definitely recommend her!
