I was the only customer in the drive through and set for 12 minutes today to deposit one check. Only 1 teller helping one person at the counter. It’s been like this for 2 years. I drive several miles to avoid this bank whenever I can. I finally asked for my deposit back and left. Worst customer service ever!!!
I was there earlier today to retrieve the items in my father's safe deposit box. My father passed away Saturday morning. I was his power of attorny my name was on the safe deposit box as well and I provided a death certificate allowing me to open the box. Mona the assistant manager and the young lady the teller I am sorry to say I don't recall her name because I dealt mainly with Mona. Both ladies went the extra 10 miles to help me.
