Worst branch location! They are super slow, rude, and need a manager for every little thing but they're not usually there to help. I have business in both Cornelius and Shelby and LOVE the Shelby branch and their employees. Its really unfortunate I have to wait to go to the Shelby branch every time I need to do banking things because it just isn't worth my time or money to bother with this location.
