Friendly staff but not so business friendly policies. No notification of bounced checks despite the " usual" mailing of said check copies as notification. Explanation that it is up to issuing bank did not make sense.

Just move to Tryon recently and opened a checking with your.bank. Jodi Lanford is awesome all the way. very patient in explaining from moving my old account from previous bank to HomeTrust,deposit my social security check,etc. I could not thank Jodi enough for a very smooth transition. You are blessed to have a wonderful caring employee like Jodi.
