Wonderful customer service and inviting atmosphere. They are the most polite people I've ever done transactions with and I don't go to other branches because of how personable and reliable they are.
My business, Peace of Mind Construction Group, chose to start doing business with HTB bank and LOVED customer service from Grant. Unfortunately, Grant was moved to another location BUT the new staff is also VERY helpful and very patient/nice each time I visit. I will do business with this branch and the other branch, as well!

Stopped by drive thru to get a $20 changed right quick. Sat behind a single car in the only open lane for 15 minutes. Then when it was my time the teller said if I didn't have an account I would have to go to a gas station down the road. What a joke for a bank. I would not recommend or ever frequent them again!
