What I like about this bank is that they provide me with excellent customer service. When I walk in, they know me and are always talking to me about things that occur in my life. I feel like the employees are friends who have an interest in my personal success more than the amount of my deposits.If you want the feel of a small local bank, this is it.
The service at this branch is better than outstanding. They have been extremely helpful, remember my name, my wifes name, daughters name, grandsons names, etc. They have given me advice on how to get more interest on my savings once without my asking. I highly recommend them.
