This banks really sucks. When I was with Bank of America, my wife and I could transfer money between our independent accounts for free and instantly. Home Trust charges .50 cent for a transfer that takes 3 days, $5 for next day, and $25 for instant. I have never seen such a blatant extortion from a customer. This type of transaction can be done via Paypal for free outside the bank. I will be looking for a new bank that is more customer friendly.
After the buyout of Bank of America accounts in the area my BoA card is defunct, which I expected. Now my HomeTrust card isn't working and "Due to Unusually High Call Volume" they can't take my call. So now I'm stuck at a gas station with no gas and no card. Going to any other bank as soon as I can.
