As I have experienced since dealing with Home Trust now over 5 years, my experience has always been outstanding. In this case, my newly issued bank card was not accepted at the bank's cash teller. This was quickly resolved by a bank teller inside the bank. I did notice a change in the bank's notarization policy severely limiting what they currently notarize for their customers. However, they did refer me to a notary across the street who is very reasonable for their fees.

All the employees at HomeTrust Main branch bank in Morristown are wonderful professionals when it comes to a friendly customer focused environment. The bank management is a credit to the professionalism and operations of this bank. Hometrust bank is a model of how a hometown bank operates and places value on helping their customers. My most recent visit at HomeTrust bank was with Brittany. HomeTrust bank is an example to Brittany’s customer service focus.
