i did not get any help for a simple task.the teller was new explained to me she had not sat upa reocuring payment before, "iunderstood that. she ask management for help.it went down hill from their.listening to super visor it was very clear she did not want to help her,or me, comments she made were wrong,and not true,for as her pision she holds, ive been withthis bank tru 3 ownerships..i have never been treated this way,went to another bank problem solved 10 min. considering change Banks. not a happy customer. ps.should not ... read more

Tellers are friendly, but the bank is like most commercial banks any more, robbing where the can. If you have an account there, they get to use your money to make money, but if you write a check to a friend, and the friend brings it in to cash it, the bank keeps $10 of the check!!! That's robbery where I come from. I'm certain most of their account holders don't even know it.
