I visited the bank on April 2 to dispute a charge placed on my commercial loan account. I demonstrated that the charge was unauthorized and wrongly placed on my commercial account. Nevertheless, no one in the local bank could assist me with the issue. (That is why I no longer bank with HomeTrust Bank.) I was told I would have to wait for their people in Asheville, NC to research the matter and reach out to me. Unbelievable! Love how they care about my business. Tracy is awesome. She is very helpful and always thinking about her clients. The tellers are so nice and friendly. I feel appreciated there. These days customer service seems to be a thing in the past, but at Home Trust I feel valued and they have never told me to go use the outside automated teller to do my business on, like other banks did.
