I visited the bank on April 2 to dispute a charge placed on my commercial loan account. I demonstrated that the charge was unauthorized and wrongly placed on my commercial account. Nevertheless, no one in the local bank could assist me with the issue. (That is why I no longer bank with HomeTrust Bank.) I was told I would have to wait for their people in Asheville, NC to research the matter and reach out to me. Unbelievable!
