I can't recommend Hometronics enough. Jim was professional, responsive and took significant time to address all of our questions/concerns. He's extremely knowledgable about the products he sells and installs and created a home automation solution that aligned with our needs.
I would highly recommend Hometronics for handling your home entertain installation needs. Jim was quick to respond to all of my questions, even responding over the weekend. Even performing an onsite visit to determine the best approach for installing the mount. Installation was quick, clean and professional. If I ever need to mount another set I know who to call.
Very pleased with my Hometronics experience. I inquired online and Jim responded the next morning and I had a consultation scheduled soon after. His recommendations for our listening room were spot on and he worked within our budget. Erik, the installation tech, was amazing. The workmanship was exceptional and Erik was patient and professional and he stuck with us while we learned how to operate the system. Definitely recommend Hometronics Lifestyles and we will use them again as we expand our system.
I had an awesome experience with this company. Both Jim Sweeny and Erik Vitagliano worked wonderfully to coordinate installation of my 85" TV onto my stone wall with precision. I would totally recommend.
