I have a client that lives here who has barely been leaving her apartment because there is only 1 of 5 elevators working for over 200 apartments. They still cannot give a date when the issue will be resolved. Many residents have needs/disabilities making it difficult or impossible for them to use the stairs. I understand they have to have licensed vendors etc...but they are almost at a month with no date of resolve in sight at least that they've made aware to their residents. I have had relative living here for 11+ years. Dealing with management has already been a positive experience. Will do what they can as soon as they can. Currently elevators are down do to recent storms. They are in daily contact w/ the only supplier they have for repairs.

The staff at this property are "top notch". Especially, Ashley Tedford. I can't say enough good things about her...her attention to detail is superb.

The elevators have been out for at least a month. The service one is said to be working however many residents on the below or above floors have to take the stairs which they are unable to do. They need this fixed ASAP.

My 78 year old aunt has lived here for a while, and recently all of their elevators have been down. This morning my aunt fell down the stairs, broke two ribs and will need a hip replacement due to injuries. They have done nothing to right the issue, and it’s been like two months. One elevator worked for about a week, then went out again. People are stuck. Can’t get out of their apartments. It’s ridiculous.
