Disgusting management and owners to allow an elderly woman to live with mice and droppings (which is a huge health hazard). DO NOT LIVE HERE OR SEND YOUR ELDERS HERE!
Absolutely unacceptable living conditions. No elderly person should have to wrap themselves up to sleep because of a severe rodent infestation. Management needs to take immediate action and ensure residents are living in a safe, sanitary environment. Very disappointed to see this situation continue for so long.
Infested with rats with no help from management. Unless you want your loved one to literally sleep with rats at night steer clear of this place! Don't believe me, it got so bad the news and city had to get involved. Management should ashamed.
They have a mice problem and are not fixing it and it seems like Tina needs to be fired because she’s obviously not a good manager.
Put Janice in a better room and get rid of the rats and mice.
