Fix/REPLACE the elevators Tina. Do your job. Stop lying to your residents. If you can’t do your job (i’m assuming you can’t since you’re barely there) then give up your position and let someone fill in that can actually accomplish things. I know for a fact that you’ve been telling residents you’re just waiting on elevator parts. That’s funny considering the elevator company said the parts are obsolete and the whole system needs to be replaced. Residents can’t leave there apartments BECAUSE OF YOU. The staff is excellent at doing their best job. There are always circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as the elevators being down. But every effort is always put forth to get repairs done in a timely manner. Thank you Tina and staff for all of your hard work!
I have resided here for 9 1/2 years and love it. Awesome office staff, thanks to Ashley, Carmen and James in Maintenance.
Seeing my eldery friends seniors citizens 🧡 fustrating with poor non working elevators!! Won't recommend!!
