Worst experience I ever had buying furniture. The owner is rude and on the verge of crazy.
I ordered furniture Oct 2024 and wanted to wait awhile to do a review based on how well the furniture is holding up. So it's now almost Aug 2025 and we bought 2 automatic reclining sofas. They are holding up so so well, and we tend to be pretty hard on furniture (for reference, we are a family of 5 with 3 preteen/teens and have lots of friends who come over). Buyer Beware - you will want to park yourself in the couch or loveseat or whatever you're interested in and stay for the entire day because there is no returns or exchanges. We purchased a loveseat recliner and the night it was delivered, the longer my husband sat in it, the more it hurt his back. I called the store the next morning - within the first 24 hours to find out what we could do and there is nothing. Had it been a clearance item or something, I could understand, but no.
