Very rude company and stood up a A customer that was at the hospital for a Medicaid ride. It never showed up worst company by far almost cut it close to Lindy’s.
I used this agency for my medical transportation and on two separate occasions I waited for the taxi that arrived to pick me up at the time I was supposed to be at my appointment 25 minutes away. Not to mention how late they always are on pick ups. My appointments are self pay at $140 per visit, no refunds, so Hometown cost me $280 never again,
Disgrace on a day like this June 24th around 100 degrees you send a cab for dialysis patient when they have enough medical problems besides putting a driver in this car you guys are a disgrace
