Everyone seems to agree, the phrase "worst cab company ever" is rather apt. They kept me waiting for 40 minutes before saying they couldn't come at all. I do not recommend this company.
If you are a VETERAN who likes to be ON TIME.....FORGET ABOUT IT. NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Dispatcher should not be talking dummy when their people is 50 minutes late either. Stay humble, goofy. Would give 0, zip, zilch, nada stars if Google has that option.
Terrible company, rude dispatch , always late never on time. I had to report them to MAS services because of this and still nothing changes. They use the same excuse” your driver called in sick” do yourself a favor and switch company’s for a more reliable service.
Brian, Billy, Anthony, Stacy, John and Al and the entire Team at Hometown Taxi are courteous and very helpful!! Their very fair on their pricing also. Greg, one of the day Drivers is so kind and we always use HOMETOWN for all our Medical Transportation and Taxi needs.
