This place is a gem! They came all the way to my home on Cobb mountain in Lake County. Removed my old stove, and installed my new stove. My new stove was a stove purchased through Costco. We had pre ordered a stove , and had it stored in our garage . They were quite happy to install a stove that wasn't even purchased through them! They were thorough and clean. Very timely. And they also moved my old stove to a spot that we wanted outside our home. I highly recommend this company!
I scheduled a site visit (called a "look at") with the store through their shop in Ukiah. After a couple of back-and-forths to iron out the date & time of the site visit, I got one scheduled 2+ weeks out. The site visit went great, and the gentleman was very helpful. It was after the site visit that service completely fell off. Zero communication! No estimate, no callbacks after repeated attempts, no indication that they were booked up and had a backlog, no ability to talk with customers (or potential customers in my case), ... read more
We just went to this store, walked in looked around a gentleman sitting at his desk wouldn't even acknowledge our precense. Walked away back to our car and he didn't even bat an eye at us walking away. Stay away from this place makes you feel like your a burden to them.
