Our orders were prepaid and took almost three months (paid on July 20 - delivered October 16). We never got to view a proof and had to place the orders on picture day. The season was over by the time we got the pictures and buttons with our athlete’s pictures on them. Also, there were no samples of their products/work available to browse at picture day.
